A constantly available pool of ideas for independent research projects is another part of our concept for the consant further development of our employees. We profit from our colleague' expert knowledge and continually receive further training based on current trends. Furthermore, we ensure that we appoint our employees in projects based on their competences and interests. This allows us to achieve the greatest possible motivation and the maximum degree of effect in the project - classic "etamax".

We are a family-friendly company and place value on making work and family compatible. Our young mothers and fathers profit from this as well. That is why we also offer flexible parental leave.

As a member of the association Braunschweiger Bündnis für Familie (www.bsbff.de), we support childcare projects. K.N.U.T. (child emergency accomodation telephone), P.a.U.L.A. andH.a.n.n.A. (domestic help on doctor's order) can be utilized in cases of emergency.

We promote athletic activities and are filled with joy by every participant in the Braunschweiger night or company run. Regular training sessions together are fun and ensure stamina.

In 2017, our soccer team, the "Space Lions", participated in the FEV Soccer Cup in Aachen. Our international team of ten matched up against a selection of 15 other teams from different FEV companies from several countries (including France and Italy). We will continue to participate in sporting events with a lot of fun and confidence.
